Words and their energy
Don't try to capture the words and insights that inspire you. That will make you tense and restless. Breathe them. Sit with them. Taste them. Play with them. Let them wash over you. Let them go. They will be yours forever.
Love your shadow self and hug it throughout the day. It's not going to go away, so listen to what it has to say.
