At
the relative level it appears that the sun rises and the sun sets. At
the actual level it is always shining, infinite and bright. This same
truth applies to birth and death. Our essential nature is neither
created, nor destroyed.
Love your shadow self and hug it throughout the day. It's not going to go away, so listen to what it has to say.
