Let's be very clear about this: We have never seen anyone else. We have only seen aspects of ourselves. All that is unintegrated in us is judged and disliked. All that is integrated in us is loved and appreciated.
Love your shadow self and hug it throughout the day. It's not going to go away, so listen to what it has to say.
