Insanity
is believing every thought. Sanity is believing thoughts that serve us
well. Saintly is believing thoughts based on love. Enlightenment is
believing no thought whatsoever. Untangled and free at last.
Love your shadow self and hug it throughout the day. It's not going to go away, so listen to what it has to say.
