Permanently delete the phrase "Yes, but it's so difficult" from your life. Replace it with "Yes, and it sounds fun and easy". Once you decide, it's real fun and easy to do.
Love your shadow self and hug it throughout the day. It's not going to go away, so listen to what it has to say.
