Insanity is believing every thought. Sanity is believing thoughts that serve us well. Saintly is believing thoughts based on love. Enlightenment is believing no thought whatsoever. Untangled and free at last.

As we gently change the way we observe things, the things we observe also gently change.

Homage to the in breath. Homage to the put breath. Homage to food. Homage to the process of releasing food. Homage to many opportunities. Homage to the time to prepare. Homage to friends and lovers. The infinite staircase of our daily events swirling around between the projections, emanations and happenings giving us the chance to see our usual mind and behavioural patterns is closed loop sequence ...maybe set just for breaking through them, outer and outer farther away, further away. Tresspasing the level of intentions to the very counsciousness of the existence.

Looking back we can connect the dots of our life. We sense there is an underlying intelligence. Looking back from the vantage point of eternity, our life is seen as an absolute masterpiece, a sparking diamond in a cosmic necklace. There is only Divine perfection.

Extraordinary things happen when we hold a question in our consciousness patiently and persistently for a long period of time. It becomes an organizing principle in our life. Extraordinary knowledge begins to arise. Never before heard or read or known before.

In the beginning we speak to ourselves in highly critical ways. Then there comes a time we speak to ourselves as a coach. Eventually we just cant find a self to speak to anymore. So we just adore everyone and everything and decide that everything is blessed and cute. In the empty temple, inscence burns.

Some people can hear the sound of silence at anytime in the day and it is very restful. For them this is an ideal meditation object which bestows every possible blessing. For those who have never heard this, focus on the sound behind all sounds that is always there. You will discover it if you are very patient. It is also called 'the silent cry of the world'.

So long as we are not 100% conscious, we need to rely on both attention and intentions. Attention is awareness. Intentions are the programs that work on the unconscious level. If we don't make intentions we are unknowingly influenced by the fears and limitations of others. Only those who are 100% conscious have gone beyond intentions. All that remains is a blazing flame of attention. Brilliant, yet cooling.

When you live your highest truth you are going to inspire some and intimidate others. Some will love your courage and some will dislike your guts. Some will attribute to you Divine qualities, some will see only pretense and pride. And everyone will only see themselves in the process. So just get used to it. Remain rooted and stand tall. Amen.

Let's be very clear about this: We have never seen anyone else. We have only seen aspects of ourselves. All that is unintegrated in us is judged and disliked. All that is integrated in us is loved and appreciated.

If you want a high quality life, be a high quality person. To be a high quality person, be a high integrity person. To be a high integrity person, care about the small things. To care about the small things, enter gratitude. To enter gratitude, love the now. Those who love the now, have a high quality life.

When we love, accept and thank the earlier parts of ourself, there is deep healing. When we love, trust and value the upcoming parts of ourself, there is fearlessness and freedom. When we feel complete, we are complete. All is well.

To be a highly powerful, influential and transformational communicator it is not really necessary to join a class. What is required is that you speak your deepest truth, the way it is in this moment, with all the love and concern in your heart and with all your attention on the people you are addressing. You've done it before. You can do it again and again.

The body is a rented apartment. Not our real home. Treat it well. And also be willing to vacate cheerfully, at short notice.
