Meditation of the heart

Image
Meditation of the heart  1. Preparation through breath  Sit comfortably in the position in which you usually meditate. Relax your shoulders , try to relax your chest in an upright position. Start to breathe, not too deep or not too shallow, slowly and in your own rhythm. You can combine this with counting your breaths or just being aware of what's going on throughout the process.  Slowly breathing after the breath - exhaling and inhaling the air Your body gently relaxes and you gain confidence. By practicing this kind of breath, you know that you are able to control stress and anxiety when they appear through the power of breath.  Breathing slowly, you gain awareness of your own body, you feel more clearly which parts of the body are tense, where blockages appear, which means that your body can not connect to a steady rhythm with the breathing process.  Slowly in the process of developing conscious breathing now and whenever you do it - you will b...

Chakra meditation

Chakra meditation Prepare yourself by making the spiritual perimeter, a space that you are safe in, spiritually and technically ( it's obviously better to practice it every day in a quiet and peaceful environment) Make 5 shallow and 5 deep breathing - when you are feeling at ease and relaxed you can start. 1. chakra  1st breath - cleansing - release thoughts of purifying, detox and getting rid of things that block your development 2nd breath - energising - bring fire, primary energy - red in colour - to vitalise your 1st chakra 3rd breath - stabilising 2nd chakra 1st breath - cleansing - release thoughts of purifying, detox and getting rid of things that block your development 2nd breath - energising - bring sexual, energy of relationships - orange in colour - to vitalise your 2nd chakra 3rd breath - stabilising 3rd chakra 1st breath - cleansing - release thoughts of purifying, detox and getting rid of things that block your development 2nd brea...

Straing points

Image
The technique I want to put forward to you can be used both in a more active way – a means towards more self-aware interactions with others or in a more “passive” way (not sure exactly it this term fits here as, although it may be lacking the interaction bit, it definitely helps you to either gain or re-gain some self-aware strength to help you coping with all sorts of situations). To make it fully working way of dealing with straining, challenging occurrences I thought I would put it into a few phases that will help you in a cognitive, energetical and mental/emotional way to deal with what comes along. 1.        Preparation which you may later use to guide you through situations that you KNOW that possibly might be too challenging or uneasy a)        Sit in a quiet space. Try to breath slowly and not to deeply. If it helps – try to count your breath – every 5 and then again. b)       Speak ...

grounding yourself

Image
Before you meditate, or do other spiritual work such as energy healings, divination or magick, you should prepare and protect yourself. You do this by grounding yourself, centering your energies, and shielding yourself from unwanted influences. Centering: Centering is simply returning all of your scattered energies to home base. Usually throughout the day, you have little energy tendrils out doing things while you are attending to business. Perhaps you are writing a report, but one 'eye' is on the clock, because you have a meeting coming up, and a fragment of your attention is thinking about your children, since one was sniffling this morning, and you also have a fraction of your mind drafting a letter of resignation you know you'll never send. To center yourself, call in all your scattered bits of attention and focus, and bring them into your body's space. You are mentally compacting yourself around your mental or 'spiritual center of gravity...

Sleep

"Sleep that knits up the raveled sleeve of care, the death of each day's life, sore labor's bath, balm of hurt minds, great nature's second course, chief nourisher in life's feast. " William

relating

Image
...the thing is the diagnosis of your own wishful thinking and how does it relate to the psychological pattern of the person you meet and also on the other hand you need to be careful not to entangle yourself into something that comes out of loneliness that is why many relatioships go int a sphere where none of the lovers would want - they are just the constructs of our loneliness and wish that somebody can fill in that void which is something without any positive perspective, it is part of neurotical process..

the mind map

Image
There is a single Consciousness, the Universal Mind, which pervades the entire Universe. It is all knowing, all powerful, all creative and always present everywhere at the same time. Your consciousness is part of it - it is It. All is One. You are connected to everything and every one. You are already connected what you want. To the degree that you truly comprehend and internalise this Truth, you will be able to become the master of your mind and the director of your life. Each and every one of us is a manifestation of this single Universal Consciousness. There is profound truth in the ancient teaching that we are all One. We are all connected - not only to each other but to all of Nature and to everything in the Universe. This is the Law of One. What you do to others, you do to yourself. The way you treat Nature, you in fact treat yourself. The separateness you "see" is an illusion of the personality ego. The true nature of reality is non-dualistic, meaning that while thi...

this world is not for people like us, we can have our space living in tranquility and never surrender to anything which is fading away like temporary states, emotions, doubts - if you look into your heart - see your own heart as a centre of Universe - and foremostly look into it when in doubts the answers will always come but if you surrender yourself to insanity of temporary things you will lose this battle

into you

So you are asking me what should you do?... ask yourself about this because if you ask and answer you will truly start the change asking me is like asking a stone statue of Buddha all answers can be answered with the eternal smile Search for this smile inside yourself then feel it All the answers can be answered and most imporantly if you answer it for yourself then it is a part of you, part of the very process of change...

your heart

There was a young man who loved his wife and she loved him, they thought that they will be forever with each other but one day the ma was a bit sad and as a honest and loving husband had to tell his wife what bothered him He told her: Everything in this world is just momentary and there will be a time when we will pass away She told him: Imagine there is a place, a special place where all the things and people who are dear to you are waiting for you it is a special place where you don't have to worry if you will be successful or not - because this place is already a success Everytime you think about the failure and pain please travel to this place - it is your asylum and no one judges you there, the more you feel it the more you trust that all things which hurt you are just momentary - they only last as long as you let them to last if you feed yourself with love the space of this beautiful place extends to more space in your life and at some point your life and this beautiful place...

Painful time

Image
Time which is induced by lack of expanding consciousness is usually filled with boredom and nurtured by senseless consumption and consumerism in wider perspective. Time of pain affected by our sensitivity and pursuit of expanding Inner Universe filled with creativity nurtures our transformation power and works as an asset that cannot be denied by anything or anybody.

Internal architecture

Making steps into internal architecture design of what you wish for can be a nice challenge for the mind to see what can help you to attain what you want to attain, to build what you want to build - then you can replace models with real structures. And what a surprise it may be to see it all happening, working, sustaining your inner strength...

more notes on inner asylum

Image
As You have probably already read there are some general precautions connected with meditation. Before I will follow on to the meditation I prepared for you I should start with something very important which is spiritual protection point and creating your inner refuge which is the most important thing when it comes to the beginner’s and advanced yogi practice. Starting from this point even before ( mind you!) start the proper practice is a precaution which is a safety that you need and I mean it in a deep spiritual sense. We are on our own in most of the time – with our thoughts, with our hearts, and by any means you shouldn’t be disturbed by any conflicting, negative or simply not “Yours” energies, entities etc. Creating Your inner asylum: 1. Give Yourself some time to prepare the please where you want to start Your meditation. Make it as comfy as possible, try to disconnect from anything or anybody that can stop you doing that. Make it double sure You are on it. Sit or lie down and ...

Exercise 1 - Meditating with a candle flame or object

Image
Exercise 1 - Meditating with a candle flame or object Please read this information on preparing for your meditation Imagine the candle as an entrance way to the vast spiritual dimensions permeating everything, imagine it as the doorway to the inner universe. You might see this candle flame standing at the threshold between the physical and spiritual universes. As you fix your gaze upon it, feel that you are looking at the candle with your heart and that you are travelling through it with infinite peace. Follow the flow of energy with your breath. Breathe in the infinite peace of the spiritual universe. Feel your heart opening and expanding as that peace flows into your being like a golden light. On your outward breath feel that your worries and anxieties which give birth to all your mental, emotional and physical tensions, are being gathered up and released. You might imagine this is as a flow of light. You are breathing in a golden white light that is illumining your being with pe...

How meditation works

Image
How meditation works What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us. - Oliver Wendell Holmes Meditation is an extremely simple process. It follows three distinct steps 1. We start with the superficial, scattered mind – (This is the level with which we often carry out our day-to-day chores, ‘bring in the newspaper’, ‘cook the meal’ - it is often characterised by lots of thoughts, positive and negative, with very little control or knowledge of how they got there) If we are often in this state of mind, we will find that we are easily distracted, have difficulty concentrating, probably worry about unimportant things and have little understanding of the real 'us'. 2. We then progress by virtue of our heart’s concentration - to deeper, analytical thinking. When our mind is focused completely on one thing, we are the most efficient and purposeful in our thinking. (This is the basis of the rules of ‘time-management’ -> to be focused abs...

success and failure

Image
It's possible to fail in many ways...while to succeed is possible only in one way. Success is the perseverance to go from one failed outcome to another with entirely no loss of enthusiasm. Failure is the final outcome of not falling down and getting up again but the act of staying down permanently
