Creating Spiritual Perimeter



Operating In your own and private energy field is the most essential issue that is basic for any other connected with spiritual practice like meditation or healing or whatever it may be according to your own area of choice.
There are plenty ways to protect yourself in a spiritual way or sense but what is the most important is that you need to work your own pattern for that.
Protecting yourself is but a part of a greater whole – in this case creating the perimeter around You and laying the barriers to any unwanted or disturbing energies that could be involved in the meditation process you are taking part in.
The first and the very important fact is that you have to put the action of creating the perimeter into stages.
1) Start the process before you even start meditating. While meditating you stay open and if not well protected you may be endangered by the energies which are not supportive. Working with energy needs some good foundations and you need to set the base.
2) Open yourself to the intention of having your own energy field undisturbed by anybody and anything else. “I set my own rules and my own field. I am protected and safe within the borders of it wherever and whenever I take it with me.”
3) Please start breathing slowly and deeply but try not to hyperventilate yourself otherwise you will lose touch with your energy and the process will fail. Count the breaths to 10 and then start again. Make at least 30 breaths.
4) Visualise your own body and persona – try to set yourself in a background that fits your mood and feeling best envigorating you, energizing you, making you feel optimistic, happy, quiet and pure. Allow yourself a little while to really feel what you’ve created in your imagination. This is the true image of our own dreams. The very true one because you can feel it.
5) Once you feel yourself set in this background please let the breathing start. Again you can count your breaths. While you’re at it try to feel your body as it is and help yourself to strengthen the feel by little massaging of your hands arms, thighs, feet, shoulders and face.
6) Imagine yourself a great wall or a fence that surrounds your place. It can take many forms but most importantly you need to feel protected. You can feel it as a womb of the mother, Mother Earth or any mother that you feel connected to.
7) To feel it even stronger you need to make this whole practice alone in the room where no one disturbs you.
8) Allow yourself a little bit of time to feel what you have created, please remember and write what kind of feelings or assumptions or thoughts or sensations you had during this process – write them down in your diary so it would be easier for you to come back to it when in need – by using the memory of these sensations or thoughts – it will be easier for you to get back to the process and create the perimeter much easier, quicker, swifter which is the actual case here.
9) No you can start meditating. You are having yourself a clean start. Enjoy! Love and Light is with you!!!!!!
